We’re on the hunt for a talented Ad Creative Designer based in the Philippines who can help us create powerful, eye-catching ad creatives for platforms like Facebook and Instagram. If you’re someone who thrives on creativity and loves to push the boundaries, we want you on our team!

As an Ad Creative Designer at Launch Medical, your main responsibility will be to develop compelling ad creatives that capture attention and drive engagement on social media platforms. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to bring concepts to life, but you’ll also have the freedom to come up with your own creative ideas. The ideal candidate will have experience not only with static ads but also with video and motion design, adding another layer of dynamism to our campaigns. Working in the men’s sexual health space, the possibilities are endless, and we believe in having a lot of fun with our campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Design engaging and visually stunning ad creatives for social media platforms, particularly Facebook and Instagram.
Work with video and motion design to create dynamic ads that stand out in a crowded digital space.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts that align with campaign goals.
Bring your own ideas to the table, creating ad concepts that are innovative and impactful.
Ensure all ad creatives are on-brand, consistent in style, and optimized for conversions.
Stay updated on the latest trends in digital advertising, social media, video, and motion design to keep our content fresh and relevant.


Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Ad Creative Designer, with a portfolio showcasing your work on social media ads, including video and motion design.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva, with skills in video editing and motion graphics tools like After Effects being a huge plus.
Strong understanding of social media advertising and the role of design in driving engagement and conversions.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate unique concepts and ideas.
Experience in the health or wellness space is a plus, but not required.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
Self-motivated, with a passion for pushing creative boundaries.
