Job Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced ActiveCampaign Expert to join our team and support our email marketing and visual content initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, creative flair, and a passion for wellness to ensure our communications resonate with our audience. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a company that values personal growth and holistic practices.


Key Responsibilities:
* Email Campaign Management: Design and schedule email campaigns, set up automations, and manage forms and tags using ActiveCampaign or similar platforms.
* Content Creation: Develop visually appealing banners, social media posts, and other materials using Canva, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics.
* Social Media Engagement: Craft engaging captions, post interactive content, and monitor audience engagement to foster community connection.
* Collaboration: Work closely with our team to adapt content for promotions, updates, and special events, ensuring accuracy and alignment with our mission.


Mandatory Skills & Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience with ActiveCampaign or similar email marketing tools (Mailchimp).
* Proficiency in Canva for creating high-quality, brand-aligned visuals.
* Proven track record in email marketing and content creation.
* Detail-oriented, ensuring error-free implementation of campaigns and visuals.
* Initiative-driven, with a knack for problem-solving and adaptability.
* Strong communication skills, particularly in English.


Bonus Skills:
* Video editing proficiency (e.g., CapCut, Vid) for creating short-form social media clips with subtitles.
* Experience managing social media engagement campaigns in wellness or related industries.
* Knowledge of sound healing, Reiki, or similar practices to better align with our brand’s values is a plus but not mandatory.


Preferred Skills:
* Proven background in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation
* Experience managing campaigns in yoga, wellness, or related industries is a big plus but not mandatory.
* A history of long-term roles and stability in virtual assistant or similar positions
