Position Overview: We are seeking a part-time, talented, and detail-oriented CRM Workflow Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our customer relationship management (CRM) system by designing, implementing, and optimizing workflows that enhance our customer interactions and internal processes.
The CRM Workflow Specialist will be responsible for creating and optimizing workflows within our Action Step CRM system. This role requires a deep understanding of Action Step platforms, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to translate requirements into efficient and effective workflows for our legal services. The ideal candidate MUST have experience with Action Step CRM systems, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement workflows within the Action Step CRM system to automate and streamline processes.
• Collaborate with various department heads to gather requirements and translate them into effective CRM workflows.
• Monitor and analyze workflow performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
• Ensure workflows are aligned with best practices and comply with company policies and regulations.
• Provide training and support to end-users on how to effectively utilize CRM workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRM workflows, ensuring minimal disruption to law firm operations.
• Maintain documentation of workflow processes, updates, and changes.
• Stay up-to-date with CRM system updates, new features, and best practices to continuously improve workflow efficiency.


Requirements:
• Proven experience with Action Step CRM customization and integration.
