We're seeking a results-driven Acquisitions and Social Media Specialist to join our team. This role combines strategic social media management with direct message outreach to drive business growth. What You'll Do

Content Management and Social Media:
- Execute content publishing across 10+ platforms daily using provided content
- Optimize and format content for different platforms using AI tools
- Manage Instagram DM campaigns for lead generation
- Monitor and maintain consistent engagement across all channels
- Track and report on social media metrics and conversion rates

Lead Generation and Acquisition:
- Implement DM strategies on Instagram to generate qualified leads
- Manage and nurture leads through GoHighLevel CRM
- Book appointments and generate new sales opportunities
- Maintain professional communication with prospects and followers
- Track and optimize conversion rates from social media outreach

Technical Implementation:
- Utilize GoHighLevel for campaign management and lead tracking
- Follow established workflows for content publishing and lead nurturing
- Adapt to new tools and technologies as they're introduced
- Contribute to the improvement of our acquisition processes

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills and Qualities:
- Proven experience in social media management and DM outreach
- Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms
- Strong track record in lead generation and appointment setting
- Excellent written communication skills for social media engagement
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed acquisition targets

Technical Requirements:
- Proficiency with GoHighLevel CRM
- Experience with social media management tools
- Strong understanding of Instagram's DM features and best practices
- Comfort with digital content management systems
