Job Overview:
The Acquisitions Specialist will play a key role in identifying and securing investment properties for our clients. This role requires strong communication skills, negotiation expertise, and the ability to effectively manage conversations with real estate agents via
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively communicate with real estate agents using our CRM system to identify and acquire investment properties.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents, brokers, and other industry professionals.
Negotiate favorable purchase terms and pricing on behalf of Build With JV.
Follow up consistently with leads and maintain detailed records in the CRM.
Collaborate with internal tea
Qualifications:
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience using CRM platforms to manage leads, contacts, and property data.
Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.
Previous real estate experience is preferred but not required.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks efficiently.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
