Job Title: Acquisitions Manager

We are seeking a driven and experienced Acquisitions Manager to join our team and play a key role in expanding our business.
Job Summary: The Acquisitions Manager is responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing profitable real estate deals. This role is fully commission-based, with no base salary, ensuring that only the most driven and results-oriented candidates apply. The ideal candidate has a strong background in real estate sales, a proven ability to close deals, and a self-sufficient, hunter mentality.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and negotiate real estate acquisitions, ensuring deals meet company profitability standards.
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and follow-up to contract closing.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with sellers, agents, and other real estate professionals.
Utilize CRM and other tools to track leads, pipeline progress, and deal statuses.
Hire, train, and manage Junior Acquisitions Managers, earning commission overrides on their deals.
Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, pricing strategies, and sales techniques.
Ensure all contracts and agreements comply with company guidelines and industry regulations.
Compensation & Incentives:
100% commission-based pay structure to attract highly motivated individuals.
Initial commission rate of 12% on each closed wholesale transaction.
Acquisitions Managers who successfully train and manage Junior Acquisitions Managers will receive an 8% override on each deal closed by their Junior Acquisitions Managers.
Once an Acquisitions Manager has successfully trained and onboarded at least one Junior Acquisitions Manager who closes deals, their personal commission rate increases to 20% with an 8% override on each deal that your trained junior acquisition manager closes.
Junior Acquisitions Managers will receive a 12% commission per closed transaction.
Uncapped earning potential based on performance.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Currently employed with the ability to dedicate part-time hours initially.
Experience in real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, or high-ticket sales.
Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
Self-motivated go getter attitude, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision..
Well versed in creative real estate strategies such as: Novations, Subject To, & Owner Finance, etc.
Comfortable working in a commission-only environment with the ability to generate their own deals.
Proficient in CRM systems, sales tracking, and follow-up processes.
