Acre Expert LLC, a leading real estate company in Florida, is expanding its team and looking for a dedicated Acquisition Qualification Agent! This full-time role is key to identifying and qualifying prospects, ensuring smooth deal flow. Position: Full-time

What You'll Do:

-Identify and qualify potential land or commercial building acquisition opportunities.
-Conduct cold calls , SMS and email outreach to property owners, introducing the company and assessing interest.
-Gather key property information and qualify leads for the Acquisition Department.
-Schedule qualified leads for appointments with the Acquisition Department.

Hours of Operation:

Full-time: Monday to Friday (Weekends optional)
- First Shift: 9 AM - 1 PM
- Second Shift: 2 PM - 6 PM (Eastern Time)
(1 PM - 2 PM is an unpaid break)
Overtime and weekend shifts are optional and will be compensated based on mutual agreement.

What We’re Looking For:

- Excellent English communication skills (native-level proficiency) for talking to prospective sellers over phone and SMS.
- Strong ability to build relationships and communicate with potential sellers.
- At least 1yr experience in Cold Calling outreach and real estate is a plus!
- A strong internet connection and quiet work environment.
- Access to a computer, headphones, and noise-canceling microphone.

What We Offer:

- Remote work flexibility.
- Hubstaff for tracking work hours and clock-in/out activities.
- Bi-weekly payments via Wise:
- Payment cycles: 1st-15th and 16th-30th, disbursed the following Monday.
- Compensation: $4 per hour plus a bonus of up to $50 for each successfully closed and funded transaction.
- Potential for growth and promotion based on performance!
