About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Acquisition Manager to join our real estate investment team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in U.S. real estate acquisitions, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to close deals efficiently. This is a remote position, but fluent English (native or near-native, with no accent) is required.

Responsibilities:
Negotiate with property owners, agents, and wholesalers to secure the best deals.
Work with hot leads and follow up on potential acquisitions.
Structure and execute real estate purchase agreements.
Maintain and update CRM with accurate deal tracking.
Collaborate with the team to develop acquisition strategies.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in U.S. real estate acquisitions.
Proven track record of successfully closing real estate deals.
Fluent English with no accent (Native or near-native proficiency).
