We are looking for a highly skilled Acquisition Manager who has extensive real estate experience and a strong ability to negotiate directly with sellers and close deals. This role requires someone who can take over warm leads, engage in in-depth conversations with sellers, handle objections, structure offers, and get contracts signed.
You must have experience in real estate acquisitions, negotiations, and contract execution. If you are looking for an opportunity to consistently lock in high-value deals, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities
*Take over qualified leads from cold callers.
*Engage directly with sellers to negotiate and structure deals.
*Overcome objections and secure contracts at competitive prices.
*Follow up persistently to ensure high conversion rates.
*Work closely with the Dispositions Team to ensure properties are assigned or sold.
*Maintain and update all lead interactions and contract details in the CRM system.
*Hit monthly acquisition targets and consistently close deals.
Qualifications
*Minimum 2 years of real estate acquisitions experience.
*Strong ability to negotiate with sellers and close deals.
*Experience in wholesaling, fix & flip acquisitions, or direct-to-seller real estate sales.
*Proven track record of getting contracts signed.
*Strong follow-up and rapport-building skills.
*Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
*Reliable high-speed internet and a professional home office setup.
