We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a highly driven Acquisition Agent/Home Buying Specialist to join our remote team.

JOB OVERVIEW:
As an Acquisition Agent/Home Buying Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping homeowners who are interested in selling their property. You will be responsible for engaging with qualified outbound and inbound leads, gathering key property and seller information, presenting offers, and finalizing agreements. Your success will directly impact the company’s ability to acquire properties, so you must have the ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and close deals efficiently.
This is a remote position, and it requires the following:
- Stable, high-speed internet connection
- Reliable computer
- Quiet office space
- Noise-canceling headset
- You will need to work U.S. business hours and handle various tasks in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. You will also be expected to submit a short video about yourself as part of the hiring process to demonstrate basic technology skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Engage with Leads: Communicate with incoming prospects, gather key information about property condition, asking price, motivation, and timeline for selling.
- Build Rapport: Develop relationships with prospects by establishing trust and credibility. Focus on the "know-like-and-trust" factors to make homeowners comfortable throughout the process.
- Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with leads to keep the process moving forward and to build long-term relationships with potential sellers.
- Put Together Offers: Run property comps, estimate repairs, and factor in all costs to present competitive offers to homeowners.
- Overcome Objections: Present offers to prospects, handle objections, and negotiate terms to finalize agreements.
Maintain Accurate Records: Use the company CRM to track interactions, progress, and status of all prospects. Ensure accurate and timely data entry.
- Review Calls and Performance: Participate in regular call reviews with management to improve skills and follow company SOPs.
- Collaborate with Management: Meet with management regularly to discuss the status of prospects and to get feedback on strategies for improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- English Proficiency: Must be able to speak, read, and write fluent English. Clear communication is essential.
- Remote Work Setup: Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection, a quiet space, and a noise-canceling headset.
- Real Estate Knowledge: Basic understanding of real estate, property valuations, and the home-buying process.
- Technology Skills: Comfortable using GoHighLevel CRM software,
- Self-Motivated: Ability to manage your own schedule, prioritize tasks, and stay focused in a remote work environment.
- Sales Experience: Experience in sales, customer service, or any position that requires strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets.
DAILY GOALS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Contact 50-80 Warm Leads (actually speak with the lead)
- Make 5-10 offers (everyday minimum)
- 1 Signed Contract DAILY
- PMA: POSITIVE MENTAL ATTITUDE
COMPENSATION:
Salary: USD $900 to $2,000 per month
Bonus Incentives:
USD $5.00 to $25.00 for every first conversation that lasts 5 minutes or more.
USD $25.00 to $100.00 for every appointment set (and completed) with a seller where a purchase agreement is signed.
