Accounts Receivable and Payable Specialist

Looking for an experienced full cycle accounts receivable and payable specialist with 5 years + of hands-on experience with Quick Books online, Google sheets, vendor cafe, Ops Technology , Tualia, Nexus is a plus.

Must be a self-starter who requires minimal guidance after initial training is done, a true problem solver. You will have plenty of support from the controller who is very hands on.

Experience with wholesale consumer products and inventory is necessary.

Experience with purchasing inventory from foreign factories is extremely helpful.

Essential duties:

AR - Invoicing customers, cash application of payments received, entering customer credits, resolving issues, and reconciling AR balances. The company has over 100 customer.

AP - weekly check run (100 checks)- reports

Reconcile our AP balance with the supplier balance as needed and communication with these suppliers is necessary.

Record credit card transactions monthly.
