Requirements
Required Qualifications:

Graduate of any 4-year course.
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Supervisor for BPO Healthcare Accounts in the US.
At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR).

Scope & Responsibilities:

Design and implement workflow processes.
Ensure quality deliverables and timely client communication.
Oversee project execution and teamwork allocation.
Monitor quality, provide feedback, and maintain process documents.
Record client updates and participate in conference calls.
Ensure compliance with information security and organizational policies.
Ensure team awareness of SLAs and undergo required training.
Maintain privacy and security in all work environments.
Monitor SLAs, maintain reports, and report incidents.
Ensure a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) is in place.
Ensure team training and compliance.
Monitor and meet client/project SLAs and quality objectives.
Maintain required reports and implement security controls.
Address and communicate customer complaints to management.
