We are looking for a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist who can manage and ensure the timely collection of payments. Your role will be critical in maintaining our client's financial health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and monitor incoming payments
• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare financial reports on receivables status
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding payment issues
• Assist in month-end closing activities
Requirements:
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is an absolute requirement.
• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Reliable Wi-Fi connection, a personal computer, and a quiet, professional environment suitable for work and video calls.
