Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of IT services, including managed services, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity, for effective client communication.
Experience in managing accounts receivable and payable, including timely billing, payment tracking, and overdue account management.
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or equivalent tools.
Strong understanding of financial principles, including invoicing, budgeting, and basic financial analysis.
Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in billing, contracts, and financial records.
Ability to understand and communicate IT services to address client inquiries and link account management to provided services.
Capability to work independently with minimal supervision
