What you’ll be doing:
1) Virtual Assistant: Your role is all about making meaningful connections with our clients over the phone. You'll help schedule appointments and answer questions about our cosmetic services.
2) Make Patients Feel Happy: You’ll be the heart of our brand, making sure every patient feels seen, valued, and totally satisfied. Think of yourself as their go-to person for all things fabulous!
3) Operations & Back Office: You’ll handle essential tasks behind the scenes, like coordinating our team’s efforts, managing client information, and ensuring everything flows smoothly on the operational side.
4) Hve fun at our team building events in BGC with our Beverly Hills & Manila team. We're talking about haunted houses, yoga, muay thai, painting, korean bbq, rooftop happy hours, dancing, and karaoke!

What we’re looking for:
1) Fluent English speaker with minimal to no accent
2) College graduate

Bonus Points (not mandatory):
1) Graduated from Ateneo, UP, DLSU, UST, PUP or International Universities
2) Majored in: Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Math, Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Accounting, Finance, or Mass Communication
3) Experience in Healthcare industry (doctor, pharmacist, nurse, etc)
4) Lived or traveled abroad (United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, Middle East, Singapore)
