Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Duties:

* Manage accounts payable, and receivable, payroll using MYOB.

* Perform bank reconciliations and payroll processing.

* Prepare financial reports, including BAS (Business Activity Statements) and job close-out P&L reports.

* Job Income & Costing:

* Create and manage Workbench projects, including AP voucher and purchase order approvals.

* Generate job close-out P&L reports and calculate project manager fees.


Admin Functions:

* Allocate leads in Vtiger CRM and calculate sales commissions.

* Assist with digital marketing campaigns, content creation, and social media management.

Reporting:

* Compile key business metrics and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.



Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MYOB is a must. Experience with other accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) is a plus.

Digital Marketing Skills: Familiarity with social media management, content creation, and digital media optimisation.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
