We are seeking an Accountant to lead our growing business.

Key Responsibility: (Accounting)
Maintain and update all financial transactions in QuickBooks.
Generate financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Conduct regular audits within QuickBooks to ensure accuracy.
Supplier Payments

Process payments to suppliers in a timely manner, ensuring all invoices are verified.
Maintain a schedule of payment deadlines to avoid penalties.
Collaborate with relevant teams to address any payment discrepancies.
Incoming Payments

Record and reconcile all incoming payments from clients and other sources.
Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue payments.
Ensure proper documentation for all received payments.
Financial Reporting

Prepare profit and loss reports, sales reports, and balance sheets on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Generate and maintain accurate cash flow reports to monitor financial liquidity.
Provide timely financial insights and analysis to management to support decision-making.
General Accounting Duties

Assist in financial closings (monthly, quarterly, annual).
Reconcile bank statements with internal financial records.
Prepare tax-related documents and ensure compliance with government regulations.
Process Improvement

Recommend ways to improve financial processes and workflows.
Stay updated on best practices and regulatory changes in accounting.
