Job Description:
We are hiring an Accounting Specialist with 1–5 years of experience at a major accounting firm. This role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records, compliance, and supporting key accounting processes.

Responsibilities:
• Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end and year-end closings.
• Prepare and review financial statements for compliance with IFRS.
• Handle tax preparation and filings per Philippine regulations.
• Support audits with necessary documentation.
• Maintain data accuracy and improve accounting workflows.

Qualifications:
• 1–5 years at a Big Four firm (PwC, Deloitte, EY, or KPMG strongly preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA preferred.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of basic financial and accounting regulations.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
