Role Overview:
As an Accounting Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing key insights on critical financial matters. You will be responsible for conducting audits, analysing financial data, managing invoicing, and assisting with the company’s decision-making process through your expertise in accounting.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough audits and ensure financial compliance with all regulations
Prepare, review, and manage financial statements and reports
Analyse critical financial data to support business decisions
Provide solutions to complex financial issues, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial processes
Contribute to and manage accounting functions, including budget preparation and financial forecasting
Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial operations and internal controls

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
Must hold a valid accounting licence (CPA, or equivalent)
Proven experience as an auditor or in a similar accounting role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically about financial issues
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
Experience working with an Australian company is highly desirable
