Job Summary
Together Design and Build LLC (www.togetherdesignbuild.com) is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced FEMALE Accounting Manager not over 35years old to oversee our financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen and leadership skills, enabling them to manage a team of VAs effectively while maintaining accurate financial records. This role is crucial in providing insightful financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making within the organization. She should have experiences working on US hours for atleast 5years.

Responsibilities

Prepare and present accurate financial reports in compliance with IFRS and State/Federal regulations.
Oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensuring adherence to double entry bookkeeping principles.
Conduct financial analysis to forecast future revenues and expenditures, assisting in budget preparation.
Manage payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for all employees.
Supervise the accounting team, providing guidance on best practices and professional development.
Implement and maintain accounting software systems to enhance efficiency in financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies related to finance and accounting, including tax filing.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights that drive business performance.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
Proven experience in an accounting management role with a strong understanding of financial concepts.
Proficiency in accounting software and tools; experience with Quickbooks and consturction software is a plus.
Exceptional skills in financial report writing and analysis.
Strong knowledge of Tax filing and IFRS standards/US Gaap.
Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team development and collaboration.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
