We’re seeking a strategic, tech-savvy Accounting Manager/CFO to provide high-impact financial guidance to clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver strategic financial analysis, forecasting, and growth planning.
- Create and present financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow) with actionable insights.
- Develop and implement tailored tax strategies that ensure compliance and reduce liabilities.
- Oversee QuickBooks Online setup, optimization, and ongoing financial organization.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to improve processes and workflow efficiency.
- Consult with clients as a trusted advisor on business structure, scaling, and financial health.
- Monitor compliance and mitigate financial risks, including audit prep and tax filings.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
-QuickBooks Online (QBO) Certification and strong QBO experience.
- Proficiency in AI tools and process automation (e.g., ChatGPT).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3–5 years in a CFO or senior financial advisory role.
- Expertise in interpreting and communicating P&L and Balance Sheet data.
- Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- CPA, Controller, or Accounting Manager background.
- Experience with accounting firm operations and client workflows.
- Advanced knowledge of tax planning, financial forecasting, and advisory services.
- Proven track record in process improvement and automation.
- Client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering strategic value.
