Key Responsibilities:
-Provide high-level financial analysis and strategic planning to help clients improve profitability and cash flow. Develop and implement financial forecasting, budgeting, and growth strategies tailored to each client’s business. Identify opportunities to optimize revenue, reduce costs, and enhance financial efficiency. Tax Strategy & Planning
-Develop custom tax strategies to minimize liabilities while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws. Advise clients on tax-saving opportunities, including entity structuring, deductions, and credits. Stay updated on tax law changes and proactively adjust strategies for clients. Financial Reporting & Presentations
-Prepare, review, and present Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheets, and cash flow reports with clear insights. Deliver compelling financial presentations to clients, ensuring they understand their numbers and can make informed decisions. Ensure accurate financial reporting by reviewing transactions, classifications, and financial statements. QuickBooks Online (QBO) & Financial Technology Optimization
-Manage and oversee QBO setup, maintenance, and financial organization for clients. Implement automation and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to improve workflow efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve bookkeeping, reporting, and reconciliation issues. Client Consultation & Business Growth Support
-Act as a trusted financial partner to business owners, guiding them in making data-driven decisions. Provide CFO-level insights on scaling businesses, cash flow management, and profitability optimization. Support clients with business structuring, financial risk assessment, and investment strategies. Compliance & Risk Management
-Ensure clients remain compliant with tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and business requirements. Identify financial risks and provide strategic solutions to mitigate potential issues. Assist in preparing for audits, financial reviews, and tax filings.

Required Qualifications:
-QuickBooks Online (QBO) Certification – Strong proficiency in QBO for managing and optimizing financial records.
-AI & Automation Skills – Experience using ChatGPT and other AI tools to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows.
-Education – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-Experience – 3-5 years in a CFO role with a proven ability to analyze financial statements and provide strategic financial guidance.
-Financial Expertise – Deep understanding of Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet reports, including how to interpret and communicate financial insights effectively.
-Client-Facing Skills – Strong ability to deliver compelling financial presentations, ensuring clients fully understand their financial health and strategic opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications:
-CPA, CFO, Controller, or Accounting Manager experience – Strong leadership and financial strategy background.
-Experience working with or supporting an accounting firm – Familiarity with accounting firm operations, client management, and workflow optimization.
-Advanced Tax & Financial Strategy Knowledge – Expertise in tax planning, financial forecasting, and advisory services.
-Process Improvement & Automation – Experience implementing efficient financial processes and utilizing AI tools for enhanced productivity.
-Client-Centric Mindset – Ability to build strong relationships and provide value-driven financial insights to business owners.
