Accountant/Financial Analyst

We are urgently in need of an Accountant/Financial Analyst!

We are seeking a driven and analytical Financial Analyst with a CPA certification to join our dedicated team. This position offers the opportunity to apply your financial expertise in a dynamic and growing environment.

Job Responsibilities:
· Develop financial models to support valuation, planning, and forecasting.
· Facilitate the budget creation process and monitor budget performance against actual results.
· Perform cash planning and analysis to maintain a healthy cash balance.
· Analyze financial results, forecasts, variances, and trends to enhance financial performance.
· Conduct comparable analysis and market research to support internal financial analysis.
· Utilize industry knowledge, particularly in retail and food sectors, to provide strategic insights.
· Collaborate closely with the Management team to prepare reports and recommendations for sales improvement, cost optimization, and overall profitability.
· Reconcile transactions by cross-referencing incoming and outgoing data.
· Oversee accounts payable, expense, and payroll processes.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for external accounting teams.
· Utilize strong Excel proficiency to develop complex financial models and analyses.
· Demonstrate strong analytical skills and data gathering abilities.
· Apply expertise in financial modeling, with a focus on accuracy and strategic decision-making.
· Familiarity with inventory and logistics management is an advantage.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.( Preferably CPA Graduate)
Proven experience in financial analysis, preferably within retail or food industries.
Advanced proficiency in Excel formulas and functions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
