JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Accountant/Bookkeeper with a minimum of 3 years of Xero experience. This full-time role involves managing financial transactions, preparing reports, processing invoices, and reconciling accounts with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records in Xero.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure timely data entry.
Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities as required.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of Xero experience.
Expertise in financial accounting and bookkeeping.
Proficient in managing transactions, preparing balance sheets, and reconciling accounts.
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
