:::The Role:::

This role requires a unique blend of a strong grasp of numbers, great communication and detailed organisation. The lion's share of your mission is to collect financial & non-financial numbers and present information to the business owners to help them make decisions.

You will also be assisting our clients by helping them create budgets & forecasts using proprietary software.

The Finance Manager role enables you to become part of a team that helps small local business owners create more time to see their families, and finally stop working 80+ hours a week (yes! Before working with us some of our clients would only see their families on the weekends)

We provide education, tools, community and motivation to guide our clients towards a more balanced fulfilling life, the kind of life they envisioned when opening their small business.

You’ll be working directly with the owners Rachel Brown and Obi Odigboh.

Create a financial dashboard to present key numbers within the business
Produce a monthly P&L
Produce an annual Balance Sheet
Monitor cash flow
Create budgets & Sales forecasts
Monitor actuals vs targets
Data entry into our proprietary software services
Monthly meeting with clients to monitor their numbers
Boost our retention by measuring client growth
Achieve a 5-star service rating from clients
