About the Role:
We run a successful home services business and need a reliable professional to provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on key financial and performance metrics. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with numbers, data analysis, and financial reporting while enjoying the flexibility of a part-time, remote job.

Responsibilities:

Weekly Reports
- Revenue & Average Ticket Analysis
- Conversion Rate Tracking
- Safety Inspections & Upsell Performance
- Technician & Subcontractor Performance

Monthly Reports
- Profit & Loss Statement
- Gross & Net Profit Calculations
- Jobs Booked vs. Jobs Cancelled
- Cash Flow & Financial Reserves

Quarterly Reports
- Annual Revenue Per Technician
- Marketing Expenses & ROI Analysis
- Financial Performance Insights

Ideal Candidate:
- Bookkeeping or accounting experience (at least 2 years)
- Highly detail-oriented and great with numbers
- Proficient in Google Sheets & Excel
- Understands financial reports & KPI tracking
- Reliable, responsive, and able to meet deadlines

Compensation & Work Hours:
- $20 AUD P/H
- Only 1 day of work per week (and often less!)
- Fully remote – work from home!
