Responsibilities:
• Utilize QuickBooks to work with Accounts Payables and Receivables
• Provide customer support for Accounting issues our customers may be facing via phone and
• Create and send invoices to customers for our products and services
• Manage asset and order management in our internal systems
• Collect and compare data from customer devices to ensure proper payments are being made and reporting data is accurate
• Provide variety of administrative support such as conducting research, gathering data, preparing spreadsheets, preparing PowerPoint and other similar functions
• Learn about the company’s mission and available products/services
• Facilitate other responsibilities administrated by upper management
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Ability to work within our office hours in the Pacific Time (8:30AM-5:00PM are the set hours for the position)
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
• Prior experience with QuickBooks (3 years minimum)
• Must be able to work in accordance with US Accounting standards and practices
• Capable of handling and prioritizing numerous activities
• A willingness and readiness to learn new tasks in a constantly evolving business environment
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Computer Literacy
o Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
o Understanding of spreadsheets
• Access to a computer
