Key Responsibilities:

Audit and Quality Control:
- Conduct thorough reviews of accounting records, reports, and processes to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Audit the work of other accountants, providing actionable feedback to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Implement best practices and enhance accounting procedures.

QuickBooks Online Expertise:
- Manage and optimize all aspects of QuickBooks Online for accurate financial tracking and reporting.
- Resolve complex QuickBooks issues and ensure all financial data is correctly recorded and reconciled.

Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare detailed audit reports, outlining findings, recommendations, and next steps.
- Ensure financial records are organized, compliant with regulations, and updated regularly.

Strategic Advisory:
- Provide financial insights and actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering continuous improvement in financial processes.

Compliance and Taxation:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting laws, tax regulations, and financial standards.
- Assist in preparing financial statements for tax purposes and regulatory audits.

Qualifications:

Education and Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA license required).
- Advanced certifications in auditing or financial management are a plus.

Experience:
**At least 10 years of accounting experience, with 5 years focused on audits and financial reporting.
Proven expertise in QuickBooks Online.**

Skills:
- Deep knowledge of accounting principles, audit methodologies, and financial management.
- Strong analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to deliver clear, constructive feedback.
- Highly detail-oriented and committed to producing accurate, timely results.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
