About the Role:
As an Accountant VA/Digital Marketing, you’ll play a crucial role in helping our clients manage their bookkeeping and accounting requirements and enhance their digital marketing efforts, allowing them to focus on high-impact business activities. Your expertise will support tradesmen in optimizing their online presence, generating leads, and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
Generate and analyze financial statements, including profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow.
Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Use accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage for data entry, report generation, and financial tracking.
Craft engaging content for social media platforms to boost brand visibility.
Use social media to generate leads and drive sales.
Engage with potential clients, nurture relationships, and close deals effectively.
Manage and optimize our CRM system (GHL) for tracking leads, customer interactions, and sales progress.
What We’re Looking For:
A proactive, can-do attitude.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience in social media marketing within the construction or a related industry.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Deep understanding of digital marketing trends, tools, and strategies.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proven success in lead generation and conversion.
Proficiency in CRM systems and familiarity with Xero for financial management.
