Accountant / CPA with American Experience

Hello,

This is a part-time position. We are a newer E-commerce company and are looking for an accountant to assist us with our accounting and book-keeping work. We are a company that sells goods at retail (online) and to wholesalers. Make sure to use the word "banana" in your title when you apply.

We only need light accounting work. So we would like you to do 4 hours a week (20 hours in the month).
Here is what we are requesting from you:

General Accounting:
1. Manage General Ledger:
- Log into our Quickbooks and properly record financial transactions, maintaining general ledger and reconciliation of entries.
2. Prepare Financial Statements:
- Compile balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements regularly.
3. Maintain Account Payables and Receivables:
- Manage the processing of invoices, credits, and payments to and from the company.
4. Manage and Issue 1099s and W2s.
5. Quarterly Sales Tax
- Calculating, preparing, and filing quarterly sales tax returns in compliance with state regulations.
6. Invoicing
7. Bank integration with Quickbooks
8. Purchase orders

MUST HAVE:
- Certified Accountant
- Bachelor's Degree
- Quickbooks Certification
- Experience working with USA companies
- USA GAAP
