Accountant / CPA / Financial Controller

Manage day-to-day financial operations (accounts receivable, accounts
payable, invoicing, deposits, bank reconciliation, fixed assets, payroll, and all
other transactions), including owning all accounting and reporting systems
Establish good bookkeeping processes
Must know how to use QBO
Prepare and analyze financial statements, budget and forecast
Provide financial insights and recommendations based on the analysis of
financial statements
Prepare weekly KPI’s/Metrics, salesman report, leads sources and production
& bonus report
Compute salesmen commission
Maintain an accurate filing and record-keeping system for company documents
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
Design and implement accounting systems and best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and
systems
Create financial models and projections
Analyze potential acquisitions

Experience level:
2 plus years of accounting experience. If it’s in a related industry that’s a big plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
You will need to have experience with most of the duties listed above.

Job Type:
Full-time- this is a full-time position that needs to be engaged during the entire shift. You will not have the ability to use this as a 2nd job.

Shift:
• Monday- Friday CST 7am to 5pm 10 Hours Per Day- 1 Hour Break*
*Please note this is 9pm to 7am Philippines time half the year and half the year it would be 8pm to 6am.

You will have paid time off for the holidays we are closed in the U.S.
