Hello!
We are hiring an Accountant / Bookkeeper to correctly build financial statements and keep them up to date going forward, for our two E-commerce businesses. This job requires accounting knowledge, experience, and skills in Quickbooks
We have a lot of experience working with remote workers in the Philippines and have worked with many over the past 4 years, some have worked with us for over 3 years.
PLEASE NOTE: You will be required to do a test task that will demonstrate your capabilities as an Accountant / Bookkeeper and your experience with Quickbooks Online. This test task will consist of you answering questions related to QuickBooks and how it works. Also, you will be asked to accurately create short financial statements based on a small number of business transactions you are given.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Finding, categorizing, and correctly entering financial information into Quick Books Online
Assuring financial statements are correct
Flexible work schedule and Freedom to choose your own workdays
Other job opportunities will eventually be available if you desire
Your work time will be tracked with Hubstaff & We communicate primarily through Slack

Salary Based On Skill Level and Experience
Pay weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly as you desire.
