The objective of this job:

To ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with US accounting standards, and efficient management of financial records, supporting the organization’s financial stability and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements. Ensure compliance with regulations.
• Budgeting: Create and manage budgets. Forecast and analyze variances.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor and optimize cash flow.
• Compliance: Keep all financial activities in line with internal and external rules.
• Payroll: Oversee payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
• Month-End Close: Lead month-end financial closing, including reconciliations.
• Client Collaboration: Work with clients to handle financial projects and transitions

Required skills and qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) principles, including debits and credits.
• Proficient in Xero, QuickBooks Online, and QuickBooks Desktop or any similar tools
• Proactive in identifying and addressing accounting needs.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong skills in data manipulation and reconciliation.
• Experience in financial reporting and budgeting.
• Uphold confidentiality in all tasks and communications.
