Job Description:
1.Responsible for the review and payment of expense reimbursements, handling bank receipts and payments, and collecting and opening acceptances.
2.Responsible for preparing daily fund statements, entering journals into the system promptly and accurately, and preparing month-end fund statements.
3.Organize input and output invoices to ensure that the invoices are consistent with the accounts.
4.Prepare accounts receivable invoices and company documents, follow up on accounts receivable and accounts receivable, and resolve overdue accounts receivable.
5.Archiving of receipts and invoices.
6.Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2.CPA or Enrolled Agent license, or willingness to obtain in the near future.
3.Proficiency with accounting/tax software and Office Suite.
4.Have experience in accounting for US companies and using financial software such as Quickbooks or SAGE.
