We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented tax specialist to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in U.S. tax preparation and a solid understanding of U.S. accounting principles, with the ability to manage multiple clients' financial needs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review a wide range of U.S. tax returns, including Forms 1040 (individual), 1120 (corporate), 1120S (S-corporation), and 1065 (partnership).
Handle tax planning and provide strategic recommendations to optimize clients’ tax situations.
Analyze financial statements for tax reporting purposes and ensure compliance with all applicable U.S. tax laws.
Stay current with changes in U.S. tax legislation and ensure clients' tax compliance.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, providing guidance and addressing any tax-related inquiries.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA qualification or an equivalent certification is preferred.
2+ years of experience in U.S. income tax preparation, including work with individual and business tax forms (1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065).
Proficient in QuickBooks and UltraTax software.
Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and in-depth knowledge of U.S. tax regulations.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
