About Us: Construction Site Technologies is a dynamic startup specializing in cloud-based SAAS solutions for Municipal Public Works Departments. Our software, the Construction Site App streamlines communication during Capital Improvement Construction Projects, enhancing collaboration between municipalities, homeowners, and businesses. As we expand, we are seeking a motivated and skilled Account Manager to join our team remotely. We are based in Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA. The Job: Source leads through platforms like LinkedIn, internet research, and cold calling. Conduct product demos to showcase the value proposition of our software. Perform sales follow up functions to move deals towards closing. Close deals and onboard new accounts. Provide initial product training and serve as the main point of contact for clients. Maintain a flexible fullUpgrade to see actual info-time schedule to accommodate clients' working hours (A variation of 8 PM - 8 AM PHT/8 AM - 8 PM EST). Collaborate with leadership and external teams to achieve sales targets. Create graphic material using platforms like Canva for marketing and promotional purposes. What we’re looking for in an candidate: Proven experience in B2B (Business to Business) software sales. Familiarity with Freshsales or a different CRM. Familiarity with Canva. Upbeat and extroverted personality with excellent interpersonal skills. Familiarity with USA city government operations and road construction preferred. Exceptional written and spoken English skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule. Must have your own equipment including a computer with dependable internet access and cell phone. Must have at least a quiet working space or a noise cancelling headset/mic. Must be comfortable working with a time tracker (Hubstaff). How you’re paid: Payment method: biweekly through Wise Paid leaves after 6th month regularization Base pay: $300/month Commission: starting at $200/deal (uncapped) Each employee receives a base pay of $300 per month. On top of that, they earn a minimum commission of $200 for every deal they close. The commission per deal also increases as the number of projects added to the package increases. There's no limit to the number of deals an employee can close, meaning they can earn uncapped commission. The total earnings are calculated by adding the base pay to the commission earned from closing deals.
