Job Description:
As an Account Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team and driving our company’s growth. You’ll manage the initial stages of the client journey, ensuring they receive accurate information and timely responses. This position is ideal for someone with excellent communication and organizational skills who enjoys problem-solving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Outreach: Contact potential clients who have opted in to learn about solar solutions, providing a warm, informative initial touchpoint.
Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings between potential clients and our solar sales representatives, ensuring a smooth transition in the client journey.
Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized pipeline of jobs, tracking each client’s progress through the sales cycle.
Issue Flagging: Identify any potential issues or bottlenecks in the pipeline and communicate these to management for prompt resolution.
Data Entry & CRM Maintenance: Accurately log all interactions and updates in the CRM, keeping detailed notes for sales and management teams.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English)
Prior experience in customer service, sales support, or account management, preferably in the solar industry or a related field.
Proficiency in using CRM software (experience with GoHighLevel is a plus).
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
