Account Rep / Customer Relationship Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and success.
- Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication with clients via email, phone, and chat.
- Proactively address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback with solutions-focused approaches.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to encourage long-term retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Track and manage client progress, ensuring all deliverables are on schedule.

What We’re Looking For:
- C2 English Mastery: Fluent in English with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Neutral Accent: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with international clients.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience managing client accounts or similar roles.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: A proactive attitude and the ability to anticipate client needs.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple client accounts and tasks efficiently.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, email platforms, and other relevant software.
