JOB OVERVIEW

Position: Account Manager

Overview:
The Account Manager will play a key role in supporting the leasing and purchasing operations, customer service, and documentation processes within the Printing and Imaging Department. This role requires a detail-oriented individual capable of managing multiple tasks related to pricing, leasing, customer service, and software applications. The Account Manager will collaborate closely with the department director and other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Pricing and Leasing:
Create and finalize pricing worksheets and lease quotes.
Collaborate with the manager for feedback and improvements on leasing processes.
Manage the entire leasing and purchasing process, from quote creation to delivery finalization.
Process paperwork in a timely and efficient manner.
Documentation and Processes:
Assist with documentation and online processes for Xerox Financial Leases, Far Out Solutions leases, and Industrious.
Maintain and update activity spreadsheets for service ticket monitoring, printer productivity status, and monthly billing using various software applications.
Key in amounts for FOS Billing and seek Director’s approval.
Update and recommend process maps for Sales, Leasing, Fleet Management, and Managed Print services.
Customer Service:
Address customer service calls related to printer issues, meter status, billing, contracts, and deliveries.
Use all communication channels to resolve customer inquiries.
Implement actions through service tickets using Auto Task.
Software Applications:
Utilize software such as Auto Task, Page Connect, and Fleet Management Program to manage tasks and documentation.
Monitor printer productivity status using the XPPS Portal and manage the Print Managed Services and monthly billing worksheet.
Support to Director:
Assist the Director with daily activities and administrative tasks related to the Printing and Imaging Department.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in customer service and client-facing roles.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in using AutoTask, Page Connect, and Fleet Management Program.
Knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to update and recommend departmental process improvements.
Experience:

Prior experience in customer service and managing client interactions.
Familiarity with software applications like AutoTask, Page Connect, and Fleet Management Program.
Competence in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proactive approach to process improvements and customer satisfaction.
This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of leasing and purchasing processes and providing excellent customer service in the Printing and Imaging Department.
