We are seeking an experienced Account Manager & Chief Operating Officer (COO) with a strong background in accounting, sales, and marketing to help grow our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing business operations, managing client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring financial efficiency. This role requires excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and a results-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Proactively contact potential and existing clients to close deals.

Marketing & Client Management

Accounting & Financial Oversight
Oversee accounts receivables and ensure timely payments.
Monitor financial performance and implement strategies for cost efficiency.
Work with the finance team to optimize pricing strategies and profitability.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Operations & Leadership
Develop and refine operational processes to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with various departments to streamline workflows.
Oversee performance metrics and implement data-driven decision-making.
Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, marketing, and accounting.
Strong background in business operations and revenue growth.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working remotely and leading virtual teams.
Proficiency in CRM, accounting software, and business analytics tools.
Preferred Qualifications
