Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management - Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Salesforce Administration & IT Support - Utilize Salesforce to manage client interactions, maintain accurate records, and track account activities.
Technical & HTML Support - Use strong HTML skills to make minor edits, updates, or troubleshoot issues related to client-facing systems.
Task Management - Manage and prioritize tasks efficiently to ensure client requests are handled promptly while keeping clear communication with the team regarding workload and progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in customer support or account management.
Salesforce knowledge (how to use it and keep things updated).
HTML skills (basic editing and troubleshooting).
Good at talking to people and solving problems.
Able to manage time and stay organized.
