JOB OVERVIEW

HIVEMIND is a B2B business consulting firm, specializing in small business growth and support. Specifically, we handle digital marketing, sales support, staffing and grant writing services to small business owners. This role will be responsible for fulfilling our sales goals and quotas. Our goal for Q1 of 2025 is to acquire 20 new clients and we're hiring a team of commission based sales agents to help us achieve that goal. The commission is set up such that the more revenue you bring in, the more money you make, with unlimited and uncapped bonuses.

Responsibilities include:

Cold Outreach and Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and reach out to potential small business clients through cold calling, emails, and networking, establishing initial contact and introducing Hivemind's consulting services.

Lead Nurturing and Sales Funnel Management: Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, researching businesses and decision-makers to qualify leads and tailor outreach approaches effectively.

Consultative Selling: Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their business challenges and objectives, positioning Hivemind’s services as solutions to their unique problems.

Solution Presentation and Closing: Craft and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that address client needs, ultimately driving conversions and securing new client contracts.

Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, demonstrating Hivemind’s value and cultivating trust to support long-term partnerships.

Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective cold outreach strategies, refine messaging, and implement best practices to increase conversion rates.



Base Pay:
• Based on the level (belting) of the sales associate, the base pay and target revenue will change.
• Base pay is per- hour and will be calculated based on hours worked. The sales associate cannot exceed a weekly hour of 35hrs/week.

Monthly Revenue Target Bonus:
• Target Achievement Bonus: When the representative meets the set monthly revenue target (e.g., $5,000), they earn a bonus based off of the revenue secured.
Exceeding Target Commission:
• On top of the secured monthly revenue target, if the sales rep materially exceeds the target, they are eligible for additional sales bonuses.
• 25-50?ove Target: If revenue exceeds the target by up to 50%, the representative earns 20% of the additional revenue.
• 51% or More Above Target: If revenue exceeds the target by more than 50%, the representative earns 25% of the additional revenue on top of the 50%.
New Client Bonus:
• For each new client secured, the representative receives an additional $100 bonus. This bonus applies regardless of target achievement and is specifically designed to reward client acquisition efforts.


Suggested Outreach Volume
• Cold Calls: Aim for 200-300 calls per month (about 10-15 calls per day), focusing on qualified leads to ensure quality interactions. This volume allows for personalized follow-ups and enough touchpoints with each lead.
• Cold Emails and LinkedIn Outreach: Target 400-600 outreach messages per month across email and LinkedIn, averaging about 20-30 per day. This includes initial messages and follow-up emails to nurture leads who may require multiple touches before converting.
• Prospecting & Follow-Up: Dedicate time to follow up on previous calls and emails, aiming for 50-100 follow-ups per month. This ensures no opportunity is missed and reinforces interest from potential clients who need additional information or reassurance.
• Client Discovery Calls/Meetings: Schedule at least 15-20 discovery calls or meetings per month with interested prospects, focusing on understanding their business challenges and aligning them with Hivemind’s services.
