Elevate Ventures is seeking an experienced Account Manager to spearhead the leadership team. This hands-on role will manage the operation of the company's portfolio projects, digital marketing, and editorial teams. You will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, ensuring smooth project execution, and delivering exceptional service to drive business growth.

Responsibilities
- Inspire team-wide leadership to implement goals that aligns with company objectives
- Work closely with management team to align operational goals with company strategies and objectives
- Manage all operational functions pertaining to the company’s business, digital marketing, and editorial teams
- Develop, implement and iterate effective operational procedures (SOPs) that enhances productivity and results
- Strategic planning, decision-making and execution of client projects
- Account management and communication of clients and portfolio projects
- Manage budgeting, scheduling and project reporting
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, associates, partners, and portfolio projects through regular communication
- Identify and effectively communicate needs of portfolio projects with the management team, to identify areas of growth and opportunities for portfolio projects
- Ensure that the company complies with all relevant regulations, policies and laws
- Assist with recruiting, training, and managing an efficient operations team
- Assist with other tasks to meet company objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, operations management, or a related field
- 4+ years of professional working experience, preferably account management in digital marketing, public relations, consulting, software sales industry
- Strong leadership, English communication and people management skills
- Excellent project management and multitasking skills
- Experience with budgeting and financial reporting
- Strong understanding of project and account management principles
- Bonus qualification: Chinese fluency
