An Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships and campaigns, acting as the main point of contact. Their responsibilities include client onboarding, setting up campaigns, pulling and formatting data for skiptracing, updating clients, activating campaigns by notifying clients and lead specialists, uploading data into system, creating campaigns, managing campaigns (metrics, adjustments, lead tagging), managing clients (onboarding calls, reports, inquiries), updating data/KPIs, and prepping for the next month's campaign. Expectations include timely campaign launches, daily reports and updates, quick client responses, weekly
Requirements and skills
College level (college graduate preferred).
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role, preferably with a focus on customer and administrative support.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in G Suite applications, including Google Docs, Sheets, and Calendar.
Familiarity with current technologies, particularly the Google Ecosystem (experience with GHL and
Bulk SMS sending tool experience is an edge.
Experience with team management
Experience and ability to perform in a fast-paced, growing environment.
Must be a team player.
Equipment:
Reliable PC/Laptop (Minimum i5 processor, 8GB RAM, SSD recommended).
Stable Internet Connection (At least 50 Mbps for smooth video calls and file transfers).
Backup Internet (Mobile hotspot or secondary ISP).
Backup PC or Laptop (To ensure continuity in case of device failure).
Noise-Canceling Headset (For clear communication).
Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) (Recommended for power outages).
