Account Manager

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Overseas Sales Agent based in the Philippines to join our team. This remote position focuses on establishing, maintaining, and growing relationships with school districts to secure contracts for staffing services. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, work experience in the public school or K-12 marketplace, and a strong understanding of healthcare or therapy-related services.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Outreach:

Send marketing emails and make phone calls to school districts to generate interest in InHealth Staffing’s services.

Identify key decision-makers and stakeholders within school districts.

Generate 20 new contract opportunities per month.

Relationship Management:

Establish and cultivate strong relationships with school administrators, decision-makers, and other stakeholders.

Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for future partnerships.

Contract Negotiation and Execution:

Negotiate contract terms to align with company goals, ensuring pay and bill rates meet profitability targets.

Execute contracts and ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms.

Collaboration with Recruiters:

Partner with recruiters to identify and present qualified candidates for contracted positions.

Communicate client needs and expectations to recruiters to ensure successful placements.

Client Retention:

Monitor the performance of staffed professionals to ensure client satisfaction.

Implement strategies to retain school district contracts for the following academic year.

Qualifications:

Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the public school systems or K-12 marketplace.

Healthcare or therapy-related services experience is highly preferred.

Strong organizational and time management skills with a focus on meeting goals and deadlines.

Ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.

Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

Work Hours:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET).
