JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager & Social Media Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will manage client relationships while overseeing the strategy and execution of social media and digital content. You will collaborate closely with the Admin Assistant to ensure all deliverables align with client goals and brand identity. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who excels in communication, project management, and creative strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.

Develop and implement effective social media strategies that align with client goals and industry trends.

Oversee the creation and scheduling of social media content, ensuring it aligns with client branding and objectives.

Collaborate with the Admin Assistant to manage content calendars, track progress, and deliver on time.

Monitor and analyse the performance of digital content, providing clients with insights and recommendations for improvement.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of all client projects, from admin support to social media management.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively addressing concerns and identifying growth opportunities.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in account management, social media strategy, or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and content trends.
Exceptional project management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with tools like Canva, scheduling platforms (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
Experience in administrative or creative support services is a plus.
