- Daily Tasks -
Project Scheduling and Coordination: Manage project timelines, align schedules with internal teams and clients, confirm deliverables, and track milestones. Address potential delays proactively to maintain progress.
Client Onboarding and Process Development: Facilitate smooth client onboarding, refine processes based on feedback, and ensure consistent, high-quality experiences.
Post-Engagement Client Transition and Nurturing: Develop and implement systems to maintain post-project client engagement, fostering long-term relationships and future collaboration opportunities.
- Preferred Qualifications -
Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, Airtable, Notion, and WhatsApp.
