We are building powerful voice AI agents for recruiting that transform how companies discover and vet top talent, and how people find jobs and grow their careers. We’re currently 5 people based in NYC.

Purplefish was founded by Adam Sirois and Martin Kess, two experienced entrepreneurs and technologists with a track record of success in the tech industry. At Fractal Software, they worked together to launch 145 venture-backed vertical B2B SaaS companies out of a $650M fund.


Adam Sirois: Former CBO at Fractal Software, where he was responsible for Fractal's high scale recruiting engine. Previously CRO at Wunderkind, where he grew revenue from $1M to over $100M. Adam brings extensive experience in scaling businesses and driving growth.

Martin Kess: Former Head of Engineering at Fractal Software and Staff Engineer at Lyft, with experience at top tech companies like Google, Amazon, and Namely. Martin brings deep technical expertise to the team.

Join Purplefish as account manager / customer performance analyst and help drive value for our customers by maximizing the potential of our AI agents through customization and experimentation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

As the first account management / customer performance analyst, you'll wear many hats, but your core mission will be to drive value and performance for our customers. Common tasks will include: building out and configuring jobs in our platform for clients, reviewing AI recruiting phone screens, monitoring performance, and running experiments. There could also be some sales development or recruiting work with the CEO when time allows (no prior experience needed).

This is a very unique role. Internally we will call it Customer Performance, but it is best described as an internal account management role that blends customer success, solutions engineering, recruiting and quality assurance. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a cutting edge AI startup and work closely with the founders to define and shape a brand new category.

Help clients launch and scale AI agents that help hire people for all kinds of roles at top companies
Review and optimize phone screens to improve performance
Find ways to increase the speed and scale of hiring using our AI software
Become a deep product expert and work directly with founders to shape product direction

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred but not required (preferably one of the top schools in Philippines)
Elite written and verbal English skills: C2/Mastery
5-10 years of relevant work experience in an analytical role (could be in customer success, account management, solutions engineering), including 3+ years of experience in tech (preferably at a startup)
Entrepreneurial DNA - history of being resourceful, curious, and coachable. You're a builder-type that loves to figure things out.
Tech-savvy. Able to learn new software quickly
Gritty drive and someone who thrives in intense, high-speed environments
Very coachable with a willingness to continuously improve and adapt to evolving processes
