Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to take on the responsibility of growing SME accounts and fostering strong relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and drive profit growth. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Drive Business Growth:
Expand the CRM by implementing a proactive upselling strategy and a comprehensive CRM management plan.
Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute solutions that meet customer needs effectively.

Customer Success:
Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at all levels within customer organisations.

Provide thorough onboarding and training sessions, offering hands-on support during the onboarding process.
Establish regular check-ins and review sessions to gather feedback, identify areas for improvement, and ensure that our products continue to meet the evolving needs of customers.

Product Development:
Actively gather customer feedback and integrate it into the product roadmap, ensuring our products continually adapt to the changing needs of the customer base.
Communicate upcoming product updates and enhancements, and guide customers on how to maximise the benefits of new features and functionalities.

Marketing Collaboration:
Partner with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted account-based marketing campaigns, driving engagement and growth within key accounts.

Key Qualifications
Proven experience in account management, customer success, or a similar role, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM management and a strategic approach to upselling.
Passionate about product development and customer satisfaction, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments to achieve common goals.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Self-driven with an impeccable work ethic.
