Job Overview:
As a remote Account Executive at Winavox, you will be responsible for driving sales, acquiring new business, and managing client accounts within the call center industry. You will work directly with potential clients, understand their needs, and offer customized solutions that align with their business goals. Your role will be crucial in expanding Winavox’s client base and contributing to the company’s overall success. Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development: Prospect, identify, and qualify new leads within the call center industry, building a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Account Management: Foster and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Client Presentations: Conduct virtual product demos and presentations, effectively communicating how Winavox’s solutions can optimize client operations and improve customer service.
Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations, craft tailored proposals, and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with client needs and company objectives.
Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure smooth implementation and client satisfaction.
Sales Reporting: Regularly update and track sales activities, providing forecasts and reporting on pipeline progress.
Industry Insight: Stay up to date on call center trends, competitor offerings, and industry advancements to provide valuable insights to both clients and internal teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the call center or customer service industry.
Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, with experience in closing deals.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
Comfortable working independently in a remote work environment, with strong time management and communication skills.
